Faith Formation classes at St. Mary of the Woods and St. Patrick will begin on Sunday, September 13, for kids in kindergarten through 8th grade. Please complete the appropriate form below in order to register. SMOW PSR runs from 9:00-10:00 on Sundays. St. Pat's PFF runs from 11:00-12:00 on Sundays.
