Faith Formation classes at St. Mary of the Woods and St. Patrick will begin on Sunday, September 13, for kids in kindergarten through 8th grade. Please complete the appropriate form below in order to register.
SMOW PSR runs from 9:00-10:00 on Sundays.
St. Pat's PFF runs from 11:00-12:00 on Sundays.
Information regarding the calendar, fees, and special dates for First Communion and Confirmation will be emailed out prior to the start of class.
