How to Sign Up for Formed!

Formed is an amazing streaming service full of good Catholic content for all ages. Our Parish pays for all of its parishioners to have access. Follow these steps to create your account today.

On a computer, navigate to www.formed.org

At the top of the screen, select "FIND YOUR PARISH SUBSCRIPTION"

Create an account using your prefered email

From here, it'll ask you to find your parish. Type in "Mary Queen of Angels" and select the Bellefontaine location.

Select submit and start watching!
